Radix Software’s easy to use products are designed to be implemented by our customers with no specific technical skills required. However sometimes customers prefer that Radix Software provide the services necessary to implement Radix DM.

Implementation

Our implementation service typically covers the following tasks:
Radix DM software server installation and workstation deployment
Library Group design and implementation
Linking fields to external databases (e.g. accounting systems)
Advice regarding backups and disaster recovery

Document Migration

New customers that would like to migrate their existing documents to Radix DM can have Radix Software provide a document migration service. The first step in this service is to review your current document storage configuration. We can then advise on what can be migrated and at what cost.
Document migrations are normally carried out over a weekend so as not to interrupt staff and disrupt normal business.

Training

To get the best out of any software your staff need to be aware of the features and capabilities of the product and have the skills to use them. All Radix DM users can access the extensive online user and administration guides which include videos.
Some customers prefer their staff to receive training from Radix Software’s experienced services team. We can prepare a training program for staff that uses their Library Groups and documents. Staff receive training, delivered either on-site or remotely, using the same screens they will be using themselves.

Radix Software support is provided by real people, not machines. Simply call or email Radix Software to log your support query. Most queries are responded to within one business day.
