We are extremely grateful for the efficiencies and ease of use of the Radix DM product. We are easily able to find, locate and search for documents on our server. We are easily able to store incoming faxes, other scanned documents, emails and of course all Word, Excel and PDF documents into Radix DM. This often avoids the necessity to access the "hard copy" file when addressing queries or discussing issues with clients on short notice.
